Currently National Accounts Director at Booker Retail Partners (Tesco Group), Paul leads major UK forecourt partnerships and is helping drive the evolution of convenience retail through innovative mobility and customer-focused forecourt solutions. He has played a significant role in developing modern forecourt and convenience formats, integrating leading food-to-go brands and supporting the transition towards mobility and convenience hubs combining EV charging, retail, and foodservice. His career also includes senior leadership roles with Sainsbury’s, Total Oil, Musgrave Retail Partners, and EMH PLC, where he delivered growth, operational transformation, and international business development across the UK and European forecourt and convenience retail sectors.
