Winning this award has meant a huge amount to us. There has been a huge amount of work and effort put into the site to make it what it is today. To be recognised throughout the industry as the best site in Scotland is a huge achievement that we are very proud of. It has given the team a real boost as well. Onto next years awards.

Winning means a lot to us, and a great recognition to all the staff for all the amazing efforts they have done in the past year. Over the past week, I've heard from staff and customers about how much it means to them to have been a part of our journey. They are proud to have an award winning shop in their community. And staff morale has definitely boosted even further.

We are delighted to have achieved the best in Northern Ireland up to 4MLPA at the Forecourt Trader awards. The team work extremely hard to provide the community and on the go customers with the best in modern convenience retailing and excellent service, and to be recognised as the best in the industry in Northern Ireland, is testament to their commitment and gives us immense pride.

Winning this award once was fantastic, but to win it again the following year is an unbelievable achievement. This has truly been a team effort, and I want to extend a huge thank you to my team at Newark Services and the wider Welcome Break team for their continued support since we opened in March 2023!

Winning ’Best customer service’ is such a huge moment in Parkfoot’s history. All our staff work tirelessly 24hrs a day 365 days every year, providing incredible service for all our customers. This award will be the backbone of a huge redevelopment starting in the spring when the site will be a flagship SPAR convenience store once again.
